how can i book an appointment?
Please review our list of Services to see which best fits your needs. Once decided, please book via our Booking Portal.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC LOOK?
Absolutely! Feel free to upload any references of looks you would like to have done, this can be done via our Booking Portal. If you have already booked your appointment, feel free to send an email including the reference photos to grittoglowmua@gmail.com and we will keep them as a record.
CAN I BOOK A TIME NOT LISTED IN THE SCHEDULING PAGE?
Yes, for times not listed in the Scheduling Page, please request via our Contact Form. We will try our best to accommodate your requested time and date!
Before your appointment
what do i need to prepare for my Appointment?
A fresh and moisturized face is best! All we need is some space nearby an electric outlet to set up.
CAN I change MY APPOINTMENT services ONCE BOOKED?
Yes! At any point but subject to our availability, you may change or add any additional services to your existing appointment. Please request this via our Contact Form.
Can I reschedule my appointment once booked?
Yes. Subject to our availability, you may reschedule your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. Any rescheduling within 24 hours of your original scheduled time will incur a 50% charge.
What is your Cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel any part of your appointment or would like to cancel the full appointment, cancellations must be done via the link in your confirmation email. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge.
